Another example of an iconic figure enhancing a watch brand, and the collectability of a watch through his relationship with it. Stars have also been sponsored to wear watches, but the relationship of Paul Newman to his Rolex 'Daytona' is perhaps the most iconic, and recognisable. Original versions of this watch are highly coveted today, and fetch large sums of money
